○What time is check-in check-out time?
Check-in is ... at 15:00.
Check-out usually guides at 11:00, but there is plan with privilege of late check-out, too.

○How much does it cost to check in before 15:00?
In the case of request, we heard check-in with additional charge of 100% of room price of the day before before 11:00.
Thereafter, from 11:00 check-in between 13:00 from 50%, 13:00 of the room price of the day between 15:00
Check-in is available with additional charge of 30% of the day of room price.

○How much does it cost for extension of check-out time?
In the case of extension until 13:00, in the case of 30% of room price, extension until 15:00, in the case of 50%, after 15:00 of the room price, we usually heard in 100% of room price.

○Will you keep baggage after the out before check-in?
I keep baggage anytime at our front desk at the hotel for 24 hours and hand.
You feel free to contact the staff, and please attach.

○How long does it take cancellation fee?
Cancellation until three days before the date to have you stay is free.

○We want to finish payment beforehand, what kind of method is there?

 In the case of payment of the day, payment by credit cards except cash is possible on accommodation date, too.

In either case, we ask for prior payment to check-in Sunday.
Please note that you did not hear payment later.

○What happens about the Internet environment?
You can use the high-speed Internet line (radio, cable broadcasting) in all rooms.
As you rent LAN cable, please list customer of request in "request matter".

○Is there rental of PC?
We loan with 1000 yen per night.
When you want, please order to the front desk.
As it is two daily limitation, I would like notification early.

○Is there non-smoking room?
3 floors prepare for non-smoking floor at our hotel.
When you want, please choose "non-smoking" and room with mention as room type.

○Can you have meal in room?
I'm very sorry, but there is not room service at our hotel.

○Please tell about breakfast time
Breakfast is open in the first-floor cafe until 11:00 on Sundays and holidays until 10:00 on weekdays (from Monday to Saturday) from 7:00.

○Please tell breakfast contents
We offer buffet-style of Japanese and Western menus.

Adult (more than junior high student) 1,944 yen, child (more than primary schoolchild) 1,100 yen, infant (preschool child) free of charge

○Where do you eat breakfast?
It is eatable in "Bruno del Vino" which is on Hotel the first floor.

○Can you eat dinner?
In "Bruno del Vino which is on Hotel the first floor," we offer Spanish Italian. Please use at meal, year-end party with friend, family and business partner and new annual convention, commemorative party.

It is open from 17:30 to 22:00 in dinnertime, and the last order is 21:30.

In addition, we recommend prior reservation to customer you like as we have time to be crowded by the date.

○Are there vending machine, ice machine?
There are vending machine, ice machine of drink in each floor.
We sell beer and soft drinks with vending machine and prepare for ice bucket in glass each room desk footwear door.

○What is video on demand service?
It is system having you enjoy movies you like in guest room at time including the latest movie you like.
You purchase prepaid card (1000 yen per night) than ticket vendor which there is in each floor vendor section and can use for guest room TV if you can input number of mention into card.

○How much is parking fee?
We guide for Fees 2,500 yen (from check-in Sunday 14:00 for the use until 12:00, the following day) in a night.
Additional charge of 300 yen incurs about following parking before it for 30 minutes.

○Can we reserve parking lot?
I'm very sorry, but we show all of you around parking lot on first-come-first-served basis.
Come to hotel parking lot once by any chance as the staff leads to parking lot of neighborhood when our hotel parking lot is full.

○Please tell ways from the nearest station to hotel.
We are connected directly with underground shopping center called "Christa Nagahori" when we go out the second wicket of Osaka municipal subway Midosuji Line "Shinsaibashi Station".
The north Exit 7 is on the left when we go ahead through Christa Nagahori to Nagahoribashi direction.
There is "Tokyu Hands" in the front when we go on ground from that place, and there is hotel in the right in back of.

○Can you share a bed with child? Additional charge?
Bed-sharing of child is possible, too.
Customer whom child comes to, please fill in "request matter" with so.
We prepare for amenity for number of people to stay.

In the case of bed-sharing, child does not have additional charge.
